The S.M.A.R.T Entrepreneurship Club collaborated with the Teochew Federation (Singapore) 新加坡潮州总会, Singapore Kityang Huay Kuan 新加坡揭阳会馆 on a Masterclass on "Web3 & Digital Economy” for members in February 2023.
Mr. Derrick Loi, General Manager of International Business, Ant Group (Digital Technologies) hosted us at Ant Group Singapore office and gave a warm welcome. Mr. Lim Hwee Hai, Secretary General of Teochew Federation (Singapore), and Dr. Lim Boh Soon President of Singapore Kityang Huay Kuan gave welcome remarks to the participants.
Participants from Teochew Federation (Singapore), Singapore Kityang Huay Kuan, and the S.M.A.R.T Entrepreneurship Club enjoyed the insightful sharing on the dynamic Web3 ecosystem development by Derrick & Professor Zhu Feida who shared their unique perspectives on Web3 ecosystem development.
During Q&A session, participants raised good questions on Web3 development and interesting Web3 business modules. We had a candid & interactive discussion on what might be potentially sustainable & disruptive Web3 business models and what kind of business models to avoid at all costs. We agreed that we need to meet regularly to continue learning about the evolving Web3 ecosystem.
This Masterclass is just the start of an ongoing Web3 ecosystem conversation for members as blockchain technology & AI continue to transform businesses, and to empower game-changing business models in the near future.
