- Manufacturers and retailers leverage on the connectivity and the local partners in Chongqing to pursue CCI-ILSTC + Guangzhou opportunities
- Shippers and logistics players leverage on the connectivity in Chonqqing to optimise their transportation time and cost for the Southeast Asia-Western China-Central Asia-Europe supply chain
- Understand the trade & logistics opportunities in Chongqing and Guangzhou

Chin Min Han Andrew

With close to 25 years of experience in education and publishing industry in Asia, Andrew Chin's multi-sector career has enabled him to experience the full spectrum of the education ecosystem in his roles as a Singapore EDB officer handling the World-Class University portfolio and the Specialist Information & Publishing Industry portfolio, Chief Representative & Country Manager (China) at Thomson Learning (Fortune 500 company), Cofounder & CEO for an early childhood education business, and Business Development Director (Universities) at Sodexo Group (Fortune 500 company) for Asia Pacific region.
After working 10 years in Beijing, China, Andrew returned to Singapore to work closely with the top leadership at Singapore Management University (SMU) on SMU China & East Asia Initiatives in Sept 2012. He is currently Program Director of SMU Executive Certificate in China Business, and Program Director of SMU Internationalisation Series. He teaches as an Adjunct Faculty of Strategy & Organization at SMU Lee Kong Chian School of Business since Jan 2017. He teaches undergraduate courses, Masters courses and Executive Education courses effectively in English and Chinese.
Andrew Chin graduated from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China with a Tsinghua-MIT Sloan International Masters of Business Administration degree under the Singapore Government’s Asian Business Fellows (ABF) Scholarship Program. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration with Second Class (Upper) Honours degree from National University of Singapore.
With Singapore Management University (SMU)'s nomination, Andrew is recognized as a Specialist Adult Educator (Curriculum Development) under the Adult Education Professionalization (AEP) initiative, a national level initiative under Singapore’s SkillsFuture.
